Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the site or community, harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the services in violation of any applicable law or platform rule. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Prices and product descriptions are shown at checkout, which is handled by our third-party platform. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date through the platform. Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, sales are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or where a specific refund policy is stated at the point of purchase. Indicator and software license
When you purchase access to ICT Pro+ or any other tool we offer, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own individual trading. You may not share, sublicense, resell, redistribute, publish, or give others access to the tool or its access credentials, and you may not copy, decompile, or reverse engineer it. Access is tied to you and may be revoked without refund if you breach these terms. All intellectual property in the tool remains ours or our licensors'.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, code, and educational materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. All third-party company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party firms and links
We feature and link to third-party prop firms and products, and we may earn a commission when you sign up through our links or code. We are not responsible for those firms' products, services, terms, pricing, rules, or conduct. Any account or purchase you make with a third party is a contract between you and that party. Always verify current terms on the firm's official website before buying.

Disclaimers and no warranty

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timmy's Dungeon and its owners, members, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, community, or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timmy's Dungeon and its owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your trading activity, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts or by the dispute process designated for our business. (We intend to add a binding arbitration and class-action-waiver provision; this section should be finalized by an attorney.)
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
