Dungeon Points Program Terms
These terms are part of our Terms of Service and cover how Dungeon Points work. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. What points are
Dungeon Points are a reward we give you and pay for ourselves. They are not money, not a gift card, not stored value, not credit, and not your property. They have no cash value. You cannot redeem them for cash, buy them from us, sell them, transfer them, gift them, pool them across accounts, or pass them on. Points are not cashback, a rebate, or a discount from any prop firm. No prop firm funds them, supplies them, or is responsible for them.
2. How you earn them
You earn points when you log a qualifying purchase you made with code TIMMY. Not every firm earns points, and the list of firms that do is shown on the Rewards page and can change. The points are added to your balance and you can spend them right away. Before we hand over any account, we check the orders behind the points against the firm's own referral record, and if an order turns out to be invalid or is reversed, its points are removed (see Reversals below). You do not earn points on activation fees, resets, add-ons, or anything the firm does not report to us.
3. Reversals
If an order is refunded, charged back, cancelled, reversed, or rejected by the firm, or if we find it was invalid, we will remove the points and any entries it earned. If that takes your balance below zero it stays below zero until you earn it back, and you cannot redeem until it is positive again. If you already redeemed an account using points from an order that later reversed, we may recover the value of that account from you.
4. Redeeming
You redeem points for an evaluation account from a participating firm. An evaluation is a paid test set by the firm. It is not a funded account. Passing it is up to you, and passing does not guarantee funding or a payout. The point cost of a reward is the cost shown at the moment we accept your redemption. Redemptions are subject to availability and to the firm still offering that account. We buy the account on your behalf and pass it to you.
5. Accounts from third-party firms
The account you redeem comes from a firm, not from us. The firm sets and can change its own rules, pricing, eligibility, and payout terms, and the firm decides whether to accept, keep, or close your account. Check you are eligible with that firm before you redeem. If the firm refuses, restricts, or closes the account for a reason on your side, including breaking the firm's rules or not being eligible where you live, we will not refund your points. If we cannot deliver an account for a reason on our side, we will put your points back or offer you something of similar value. Some accounts carry an activation fee the firm charges you directly when you pass. Where that applies we say so on the reward, and your points do not cover it.
6. Changes to the program
We can change how points are earned, what rewards cost, which firms take part, and what is in the Prop Shop. Changes apply going forward only. We post changes on the Rewards page, and where a change reduces the value of points you already hold we will give you at least 30 days notice before it takes effect. If we end the program we will give at least 60 days notice and you can redeem your balance during that window. After it closes, unredeemed points are cancelled and have no value.
7. One account per person
One Dungeon Points account per person, tied to one Discord account. Points and rewards are yours alone. You may not sell, transfer, gift, trade, pool, or share points, redeemed accounts, or account access. We may merge or close duplicate accounts and cancel points earned through them.
8. Fraud and account closure
We run automated checks on the purchases you log, on your account, and on your device, to spot fake order numbers, duplicate accounts, and abuse. A check can flag an account for review. A person reviews before we close an account or cancel points. We may suspend or close your account and cancel unredeemed points, pending redemptions, and entries if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, multiple accounts, false or unverifiable order information, abuse of the Daily Drop, or a breach of these terms. If your access to our Discord is removed, your access to the rewards program can be removed too. To appeal, open a ticket in the Timmy's Dungeon Discord.
9. Referring a friend
You may get your own referral code. If someone new uses your code, buys a qualifying evaluation with code TIMMY, and logs the order on this site naming your code, you earn the number of points shown on the Rewards page. As with any points, the reward lands in your balance right away, and if that order is later refunded, charged back, or rejected, the reward is removed. You earn nothing for a signup on its own. You cannot refer yourself, use a second account of your own, or refer someone in your own household. You cannot claim a referral for an order that was already logged. This is a reward we pay for ourselves. It is not a commission, not a payment, and it has no cash value. You are not our agent, employee, or representative, and you may not say that you are. We can change or end referral rewards at any time on notice.
10. Tax
You are responsible for any tax you owe on points you redeem or prizes you win. Where the law requires it, we may need a completed Form W-9 from you (or the equivalent tax form for your country) before we can deliver a reward, and we may report the value of rewards to the IRS or the relevant tax authority. We cannot give tax advice. Ask your own tax professional.
11. Everything else
Our Terms of Service, including the limitation of liability, the governing law clause, and the dispute process, applies to the rewards program. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a rewards question, these terms control.
