1. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning per entry. You may enter any active Timmy's Dungeon giveaway through either of the following methods:
Online Entry: Purchase a qualifying evaluation account from a participating prop firm using code TIMMY and submit your transaction details through this website. Each qualifying evaluation purchase equals one (1) entry. Activation fees and account resets do not qualify.
Free Entry: Complete the Free Entry Form in full, including all required verification details. Each properly completed form equals one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person per giveaway period. Free entries count toward all giveaways active during that period, and every valid entry (paid or free) has an equal chance of winning per entry. Firm-specific eligibility requirements (such as following a sponsoring firm on social media, or adopting the TD server tag on Discord) may apply to certain prizes; these are stated on the Free Entry Form and announced with each giveaway.
2. How entries work
Each qualifying evaluation account purchased from a participating prop firm using code TIMMY and successfully verified by Timmy's Dungeon counts as one (1) entry. Entries stack: the more qualifying purchases you make with the code, the more entries you have. Every entry, paid or free, has an equal chance of winning in the drawing. Participating firms: Lucid Trading, Tradeify, Alpha Futures, My Funded Futures, Apex Trader Funding, and Take Profit Trader. You must connect your Discord account on this page so your entries can be validated.
3. Eligibility
You must have reached the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law; all applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. The Timmy's Dungeon team and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.
4. Entry period
The giveaway runs on a weekly cycle. Each entry week begins Sunday at 12:00 AM ET and ends Saturday at 11:59 PM ET. Accounts purchased and verified within that window are eligible for that week's drawing, which is held the following Sunday. Entries do not carry over; each week starts fresh.
5. Winner selection & notification
Winners are drawn every Sunday, selected at random from all eligible entries for that week, and announced in the Timmy's Dungeon Discord. The number of winners is announced at the start of each weekly period and may vary. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received that week. Winners are contacted through their connected Discord account (and email where provided) within a few days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be drawn. All drawing decisions are final.
6. Prizes & taxes
The weekly prizes are funded or evaluation trading accounts; the specific prizes, their values, and the number awarded are announced at the start of each weekly period and may vary. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty of any kind. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer is permitted except at the sole discretion of Timmy's Dungeon. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes owed on a prize.
7. Conduct, fraud & changes
By entering, you agree to these rules and to the operator's decisions. Entries that are incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith, including fake or unverifiable order numbers, may be disqualified. Timmy's Dungeon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control affect its fair operation.
8. One Discord account per person
To keep entries fair, each participant may maintain only one Discord-connected account. Creating or using multiple accounts to obtain additional entries may result in disqualification.
9. Limitation of liability & disclaimer
By participating, you release Timmy's Dungeon and its affiliates from any liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize. This giveaway is run solely by Timmy's Dungeon and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with any prop firm named on this page. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss.
10. Privacy & publicity
Information you submit, such as your Discord account, first name, and order details, is used only to validate entries and contact winners. By accepting a prize, you consent to the use of your first name and Discord username to announce winners, except where prohibited by law.
